Access
Please book tickets in advance and advise staff on any particular requirements you have when booking – we are more than happy to help and advise you. If you have any worries, questions or require further information or wish to let the venue know about particular needs, please do not hesitate to phone.
- Flat access via the front entrance to the Box Office, Footlights Café Bar and Gallery Shop, the main auditorium and a wheelchair accessible toilet.
- Up to 12 spaces for wheelchair users at the front of the stalls in the main auditorium. Companion seats offered free, next to these spaces – please advise the Box Office when booking your tickets.
- The majority of the main auditorium is fitted with an induction loop.
- Ramp access to the Circle Gallery.
- Assistance dogs are welcome in all areas of the building.
- A wheelchair accessible toilet is available on the ground floor.
- Flat access from the Goods Yard car park behind the building, to the front entrance.
- The Goods Yard car park behind the building has parking spaces for disabled people.
- Flat access to the Circle Gallery via the back entrance.
- An upstairs wheelchair accessible toilet that can be accessed by the rear door of the venue.
